Role: Junior Lettings Negotiator

Location: Camden - North London

Hours: Monday - Thursday (9am - 6pm), Friday (9am - 5:30pm), 2 x Saturdays a month (9:30am - 1pm)

We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic and hardworking team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced London property market, with structured development, strong earning potential, and the chance to grow within a respected name in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Registering new applicants and understanding their property needs
• Matching applicants to suitable properties and arranging viewings
• Conducting viewings with potential tenants
• Negotiating and assisting with closing deals (with support from senior staff)
• Listing new properties on the market
• Building relationships with landlords, tenants, and clients

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3+ months in lettings, sales, or another customer-facing role (property experience ideal but not essential)
• Mindset: Ambitious, positive, and eager to learn
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service ability
• Practical: A full UK driving licence (own car preferred but not essential)
