Static Fabric/Maintenance Engineer

33k basic plus overtime, training and development

My client are an established and stable Building Engineering and Energy specialist with a superb reputation and excellent staff retention rates, due to long term commercial project wins they are looking for a Static Maintenance Engineer to join their specialist Building Engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Plumbing - washers, taps, unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks, installing new sinks, urinals and toilets, pipework (copper or PVC)
• Legionella Testing
• Basic plant and equipment maintenance such as ahu's, fcu's and experience of working in plant rooms.
• Carpentry - hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture
• Emergency light tests and basic electrics

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Fabric maintenance engineer
• Fabric or Plumbing/Mechanical qualified - Plumbing, Carpentry ( C&G, NVQ )
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
• Immediately available or able to start at short notice
