Salary: £90 - £100 per day Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

At term time teachers we are looking for a reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive SEN school within Tunbridge wells. This is a full-time role working closely with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other learning challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN.
• Support pupils in achieving their individual learning goals.
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher to help children reach their targets.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children with special educational needs (personal or professional experience)
• A calm, caring, and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
• A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
