Working Foreman

Location: Ruislip, West London (HA4)
Duration: 10 weeks
Start Date: Approx. 2-3 weeks from now
Salary: Competitive (DOE)

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Working Foreman to oversee a residential insurance project in Ruislip, West London.

• Oversee and manage all site activities, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Hands-on carpentry work, including flooring and refurbishment tasks.
• Coordinate brickwork and structural rebuilding of the house front.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors and trades.
• Communicate regularly with the client and project team, providing progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Trade background in carpentry (essential).
• Experience managing similar residential or refurbishment projects.
• Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• First Aid certificate.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings and manage timelines effectively.

• Car park on site.
• Supportive team and working environment.
