We are seeking an organised, proactive and collaborative individual to join our Quality and Standards team as a Faculty Quality Officer. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting high quality academic provision and enjoys working across a wide range of academic and professional service colleagues in a dynamic environment.
Faculty Quality Officers play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation of the University’s academic quality assurance and enhancement systems. You will work across multiple Faculties, supporting colleagues to deliver consistent, timely and robust quality processes aligned with institutional and external expectations.
You will be involved in course approval and review activity, external examining processes, professional and statutory body engagements, and committee support. You will help to maintain clear, accurate records and ensure that quality assurance activities run smoothly throughout the academic cycle.

This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team. Experience within a professional administrative role, particularly in Higher Education, would be an advantage.
