The position:

Salter Grange is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee a 138 million commercial workplace fit-out project in the City of London.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a prestigious project that will redefine commercial workspaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate technical services aspects of the 138 million commercial workplace fit-out project
• Ensure the successful integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure technical specifications are met
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of technical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
• Resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing technical services for large-scale fit-out projects, particularly in the commercial sector
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration in commercial fit-outs
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field
