We are currently recruiting experienced Electricians (NVQ Level 2 or above) to carry out domestic electrical work across housing association properties in London and the Home Counties.
Key Responsibilities:- Electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied and void properties
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations and safety standards
- Delivering high-quality service to residents and clients
- NVQ Level 2 or higher in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (desirable)
- Experience in domestic settings, ideally within social housing
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
