Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager - £35k + Comm (OTE £50K )

The Opportunity:

Were working with a fast-growing company currently on the lookout for an ambitious, experienced, and results-driven Business Development Manager. This is an exciting role that will report directly to the Group Head of Sales and play a pivotal part in driving the company's expansion of their solution services. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, through proactive lead generation and face-to-face meetings with potential clients.

Ideally, you have a strong background in Business Development or a similar sales-focused role, with a proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results. • Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to network and build lasting relationships.

• Effective Time Management: Skilled in prioritising tasks and managing your workload efficiently.

• Team-Oriented: Someone who works well within a team and embraces company culture.

• Valid Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence (max 3 penalty points).

What You'll Bring:

• Youve worked in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management roles before.

• Experience in technical fields such as Mobile, CCTV, Alarms, or other electronic solutions would be highly beneficial.

• A genuine passion for selling solutions and adding value to your clients.
