Junior Quantity Surveyor

The Labour Group are currently looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to work for a Leading M&E contractor at Heathrow Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Undertake the cost aspects of the refurbishment project from inception to completion.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
• Provide regular cost reports and project forecasts to senior management and clients.
• Conduct cost analysis and cost control measures to keep the project within budget.
• Assist in the procurement process, including the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Monitor the financial performance of the project and report on any risks or opportunities for cost savings.
• Work closely with site teams and consultants to ensure efficient project delivery.
