Mission 44 is a movement for equity, opportunity and transformative change for young people around the world. Founded by Sir Lewis Hamilton, we are advancing a bold global mission: to ensure every young person can thrive in education and access great careers in STEM. Since launching in 2021, we have invested over £8m to support organisations in the UK, US and Brazil, funded work reaching more than 550,000 young people, and established a global youth advisory board to place young people at the heart of everything we do. We are entering a pivotal chapter defined by ambition, impact and global influence and we are looking for a visionary and entrepreneurial Chief Engagement Officer to shape and lead our fundraising, marketing and communications strategy, so we can raise more money and reach more young people.
This is a great opportunity to play a central role in scaling Mission 44. We have a powerful brand and an unparalleled platform and deep commitment to working with young people. Reporting to the CEO and working collaboratively across the organisation, you will drive significant income growth, secure transformational seven-figure partnerships, elevate our international profile, and deepen engagement with funders. You will harness Mission 44's strong story, to generate momentum, fuel our mission and unlock new opportunities for growth and advocacy.
We are looking for a leader with a proven track record in securing major gifts and partnerships at scale, building high-performing teams, and developing integrated engagement strategies that drive income, visibility and impact. You will bring commercial acumen, creativity and emotional intelligence. We are looking for someone who is confident operating internationally and at Board level. A natural storyteller and connector, you will be guided by equity, inspired by young people, and motivated by the opportunity to build a truly global movement for change.
