Are you a confident and organised individual with a passion for property and exceptional customer service? We're looking for an experienced Property Manager (Block Management) to join our client and play a key role in delivering a high-quality service.

Your Role:

As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and that landlords and tenants receive outstanding support throughout every stage of the tenancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and suppliers
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
• Handle tenant queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Oversee tenancy renewals, check-ins/check-outs, and deposit returns
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance (e.g., deposit protection, safety regulations)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
• ARLA/Propertymark qualifications (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
