Community and Events Fundraising Officer

Prospectus are delighted to be partnering with our client to help them recruit for a Community and Events Fundraising Officer.

At the charity, their vision is to provide life-changing improvements to health for the people of East London. As East London's oldest healthcare charity, they have been at the forefront of advancing healthcare in the community for hundreds of years. The hospitals they support strive to provide excellent care to their patients, through the highs and lows.

This is a full-time, permanent role paying a salary of £37,000 to £39,000 per annum. The potholder will be working in a hybrid model from their offices in London.

Working closely with the Senior Community & Events Fundraising Manager, the postholder will lead the operational delivery of key elements of the Events and Community Fundraising programme. You will provide excellent supporter cultivation, build engagement across the charity and wider NHS Trust, and identify opportunities to grow participation and income.

The charity are looking for someone with experience in fundraising, events, community engagement, customer service or a related area. You will be a proactive and highly organised relationship-builder who enjoys working with a wide range of people and delivering excellent supporter experiences. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, using digital systems and working collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers, suppliers and supporters.
