Chef Manager

Location: IlfordSalary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum (pro rata, depending on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:00Working Pattern: Term-time only (42 weeks per year, including inset days)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and skilled professional with previous school catering experience to lead a dedicated team and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals to students and staff.

• Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships

• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a seamless catering service

• Previous experience as a Chef Manager within a school or similar environment

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• A passion for providing healthy, high-quality food for young people

• Relevant Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness qualifications

• Confident in managing compliance, health & safety, and team performance
