Salary: 55,000 - 60,000

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Fabric Manager with a City & Guilds Carpentry & Joinery Certification to lead and manage fabric maintenance across a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will oversee high-quality craftsmanship, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate with teams to maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fabric maintenance and carpentry/joinery works on-site.
• Ensure all tasks are completed to high-quality and safety standards.
• Plan and oversee day-to-day operations and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Conduct inspections and provide reports on maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds Certification in Carpentry & Joinery.
• Proven experience in fabric management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Previous experience working on a Heritage site.
