• Coordinating and managing freight shipments across European routes
• Liaising with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely delivery
• Preparing and processing shipping documentation
• Monitoring and tracking shipments, resolving any delays or issues
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Supporting the wider logistics team with administrative tasks
