The Role

As Senior Engineering Project Manager, you'll lead complex, high-priority projects from concept through production, ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters. You'll be responsible for:

• Managing the development lifecycle of sophisticated electronic sub-systems
• Contributing to organizational delivery strategy as a senior team member
• Collaborating with dedicated Project Controllers for scheduling
• Mentoring Project Coordinators across multiple projects
• Participating in community outreach and engineering advocacy initiatives
