Handyman - Ongoing Temporary Role

Location: Southwest London

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced Handyman looking for stable work within a well-established residential development? We're recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client for a Handyman to join their team at a beautiful, older-style residential estate, providing essential maintenance and repair services to residents and communal areas.

You'll be responsible for general upkeep and day-to-day maintenance across the development, including:

• Basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
• Painting, decorating, and minor repairs
• Ensuring communal areas are kept to a high standard
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests
• Assisting with general site upkeep and safety checks

• Previous experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Operative, ideally in a residential setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
• Reliable, flexible, and professional

This is an ongoing temporary position with the potential to become permanent in the new year for the right person.
