Front of House / Host - Customer-Facing Role

We're currently recruiting for a friendly, professional Front of House Host to join a very busy and welcoming environment in a temporary position to cover holidays and sickness.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys face to face contact with people and knowing you will be face of a brand.

Location: Newbridge

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Hours: Temp - (Mon-Fri) 7.45am-6.15pm and 9am-5pm (Saturday) 11am-5pm (Sunday)

As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a 5 professional and positive customer experience:

• Welcoming visitors and guests
• Offering refreshments and maintaining a high standard of presentation
• Managing the reception area and directing enquiries
• Supporting the wider team

• Well-presented and professional
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident, approachable and reliable
• Initiative is essential for this role and one who likes to ask questions!
• Previous front-of-house, hospitality or retail experience is essential
