Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 (flexibility required)

The Role

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Project Management team. You'll be responsible for delivering strategic client projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful implementation of new systems, products, and changes to client output.

This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams to drive innovation and maintain high standards of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Ensure project documentation and governance are maintained
• Track scope changes and manage associated commercial impacts
• Collaborate with development and innovation teams
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership
• Support strategic and tactical planning
• Fulfil other reasonable management requests

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in project management within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work with developers and architects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong client relationship and conflict resolution skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
• Skilled in data analysis and solution-driven thinking
• Effective prioritisation, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Team-oriented with motivational leadership qualities
• Experience presenting to senior management
• Commercial awareness and experience tracking costs and revenue

Internal Collaboration

You'll work closely with Sales, Client Services, Legal, HR, Business Analysts, Developers, IT, and Production teams.

External Relationships

• Clients
• Software and hardware suppliers

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical solutions in a BPO or similar environment
• Background in Project Management.
• Good technical understanding of Data and Integration projects
• Experience preparing business cases and budgets
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, or other structured project management methodologies
