What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Dental Nurse with the added responsibility of covering reception duties. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. The role is primarily focused on providing dental nursing support, but also includes assisting with reception duties when required. You must be enrolled or planning to enrol in a dental-approved course.

Your Duties:

• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during treatments
• Prepare and maintain dental equipment and instruments
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during treatments
• Assist with the sterilisation of dental tools and maintain a clean, organised clinical environment
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation
• Cover reception duties when needed, including answering calls, booking appointments, and greeting patients
• Handle patient queries and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere at all times

• Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organisational skills
• A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for developing and growing within the dental profession

What We Need:

• No previous dental training or experience required
• Full training and mentoring will be provided to help you succeed in the role
• A willingness to commit to a full-time position and become an active member of our team
• Right to work in the UK
• Proof of vaccination or first dose of Hep B
• Proof of letter of enrolment for an approved dental nursing course
