Our leading Building surveying practice client are seeking a new Surveyor to join the team on a permanent basis. Working with exclusive clients on exciting projects, you will play a key role in project management, stock condition in addition to providing client support and advice.

Your role will include:

• Project Management & contractor oversight
• Condition Surveys & investigating building defects
• Budget management & ensuring smooth project delivery
• License to Alter & Party Wall matters

Experience needed:

• Proven Building surveying experience
• Keen to progress, develop and elevate within the business
• proactive approach and ability to maintain client relationships
