Technology Business Partner

Farringdon, London: £64.960 - £68,379

Permanent Full-Time Role: 37.5 hours per week

Hybrid working: minimum of 2 full days in the Office each week.

About You

We're looking for a confident and highly skilled Technology Business Partner with proven experience of business relationship management, acting as the bridge between technology and the wider business. You will be responsible for managing a Portfolio of Directorates and their stakeholders to understand technology priorities, business problems and needs. You will work collaboratively with technology teams, ensuring adherence to our governance processes to deliver requirements and solutions in line with our overarching IT strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Good track record of managing relationships at all levels with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively; both written and verbally
  • Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
  • A natural problem solver, whilst understanding strategic and tactical implications
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, using initiative.
  • Strong team player, able to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of specialists
  • Good knowledge across the areas of Service Delivery, Infrastructure, Architecture, Projects, Data/Analytics is required to deliver enterprise level IT products and services.

First interview via Microsoft Teams: Tuesday 22 - Friday 25 April

Second interview, in-person in Farringdon, London: Monday 28 and Tuesday 29 April
