Senior Paraplanner - Sutton, Surrey - Around £50,000 (depending on experience)

We're looking for an experienced Paraplanner who enjoys being at the heart of the advice process. You'll be supporting a team of four advisers in a firm that prides itself on being professional but down-to-earth, with a genuine family feel.

What the role looks like:

You'll be the go-to person for technical support, research, and report writing, helping the advisers deliver great outcomes for clients. Day to day, that means:

• Researching pensions, investments and tax-efficient strategies
• Writing clear, compliant suitability reports
• Helping to shape tailored financial plans for clients
• Keeping client records accurate and up to date
• Staying on top of changes in legislation and products

What we'd love to see:

• Solid paraplanning experience in an IFA/wealth management firm
• Strong technical knowledge across investments, pensions and tax planning
• Ideally Diploma Level 4 qualified (but experience counts just as much)
• Someone who's proactive, detail-focused, and a strong communicator
