Our esteemed high-spec residential contractor in Farnham, Surrey, is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to take a leading commercial role within our high-performing team. You will work closely with the Head of Commercial and fellow surveyors, taking responsibility for multiple high-end projects.

Upon joining, you will manage two live projects, set to commence towards the end of the year. As a Project QS, you will be the commercial face of the business for your projects, handling procurement, valuations, cost control, and client interactions with support from senior leadership. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth clients while developing specialist expertise in the luxury residential sector.

Your primary base will be the Farnham office, with regular site visits as required. Remote work is available one day per week initially, increasing to two days once you are fully integrated into the company. Internal progression is a priority, with a clear route to Senior QS roles for high performers.

Requirements & Rewards What You Bring and What You ll Gain
We are looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor with a background in high-spec residential or prime residential projects. The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in high-end or bespoke residential construction.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Experience in procurement, cost management, valuations, and client liaison.
• A proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

The salary for this role is up to £65,000, depending on experience, with a package that reflects the seniority and responsibility of the position. Clear career progression is available, with opportunities to move into a Senior QS role as the company continues to grow.
