Technical Delivery Lead

• Location: Hybrid / London base location
• Salary: £48,987 to £61,234 per annum pro rata
• Hours: 36 hours per week - flexible options considered
• Contract Type: 18 month Fixed Term Contract

Do you have experience in a senior technical role delivering infrastructure, cloud, or systems projects?

We're looking for 3 Technical Delivery Leads to join our team at one of LinkedIn's Top Companies 2024!

With a strong understanding of change control, configuration management, and ITIL-based operations you'll lead the hands-on delivery of specific technical workstreams within IT transformation and infrastructure projects.

Experience in managing complex technical integrations across infrastructure, applications, and identity/security services is vital, as we'll look to you to ensure effective coordination of technical activities across multiple projects, delivering stable, secure, and scalable IT solutions that support core housing services and digital innovation.

You'll carry out delegated activities to support the production of workstream and project plans that identify and organise all the activities needed to deliver project objectives and that comply with the organisation's project management framework, using your strong awareness of service transition principles and operational readiness planning.

Able to work across cross-functional teams including test, release, and support functions to ensure delivery success, you'll be confident in making recommendations and judgements effectively based upon fact and data driven analysis.

Providing effective leadership to the project team, you'll explain the local action plan and support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done.
