Inspired by the dive and sports bars in the US, combined with cult horror films, BLOODsports is where thrill meets chill, in the heart of Covent Garden.

Still part of the MEATliquor group, Bloodsports is open daily from 12pm to 2am, with a MEATliquor food menu but with plenty of new and exclusive extras.

The site hosts 30 high-definition screens broadcasting the best of global sports, you'll never miss a game. Drinks include an interactive beer wall, refreshing slushies, and an exclusive Highball menu. For early risers, our coffee and pastry counter is ready to kickstart you from 8am each day, brought to you by the pros behind Hideout Coffee and Donuts.

You've heard of 'Listening' bars, BLOODsports will be London's first Watch Bar. Sound like something you could get behind?

The HB is the main contact point for communication, training, maintenance of anything coffee related in store. The main goal is to increase the coffee quality for all customers, to increase profitability of the company and enhance the skill across team members.

The HB will take ownership of the coffee training programme in store for all new starters and current employees. Ensuring that all employees adopt the same standards. To strive to go above and beyond with product presentation and lead from the front with passion and enthusiasm for all things coffee related. To continually maintain and deliver exceptional quality coffee, to keep up to date with coffee trends in the industry and work with our social media team to "shout about" our coffee as well as our donuts.

To fulfill the core role of a Barista in providing effective, efficient, and friendly service to all customers and nurturing a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill core roles of a Barista in customer service, top barista skills and day to day duties.
• Maintains expected standards of cleanliness within the coffee area and main floor- with the ability to delegate accordingly to team members who are also on shift. Ensure the store looks its best at all points of the day
• Re-stocking, back bar clean, toilet checks.
• Communicates on a regular basis with the Hideout Manager, General Manager of Bloodsports as well as the business owners to address any concerns.
• Show up to work each day with a positive, can do attitude, and work as part of the team to deliver a fun and successful shift.
