Join us on our mission to make health and wellness more personalised, accessible, and effective for everyone. We're looking for a clinically qualified and digitally minded Lead Medical Advisor to drive the medical and scientific vision for our wellness platform, H&B&Me.

Working closely with our Head of Medical & Behavioural Science, you'll lead a growing medical team and ensure our digital products are clinically sound, safe, compliant, and grounded in the latest science while supporting the innovative use of AI in wellness.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the medical & science roadmap across product, content, and operations.
• Ensure clinical and regulatory compliance across the full product lifecycle.
• Guide a team of medical and subject matter experts, supporting innovation and excellence.
• Embed clinical protocols, quality standards, and governance processes.
• Oversee evidence-based content and third-party partnerships.
• Support B2C and B2B go-to-market activity with medical expertise.
• Champion the integration of AI and emerging tech into clinical user journeys.

Location:

This is a hybrid role based in London, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.

The Person:

Key Requirements:

• Clinical professional (MD, MBBS, MPharm or equivalent) with digital health experience.
• Proven leadership in clinical or health tech environments.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulation (NHS, GDPR, ISO, etc.).
• Strong collaborator and communicator with a strategic, commercial mindset.
• Passionate about lifestyle medicine, behaviour change, and innovation.
