Beauty Laser Therapist / Luxury International Facial Skin Clinic

Daytime Healthcare are working with a Luxury International Laser & Facial Skin Clinic in Hampstead who are looking for a Beauty Therapist to join their friendly team!

Role & Responsibilities:

• Educating and advising clients on our laser facial treatments and skincare product regimen, turning education/advice into sales to maximize company revenue, helping to achieve daily sales targets and providing customers with excellent customer care.
• Create a warm and inviting environment where our customers feel safe, appreciated, and understood.
• To inform the Lead Therapist or Clinic Manager of any medical conditions or behavior from clients that are unusual or cause concern.
• Ensures all treatment protocols, standards of treatment and documentation are practiced and upheld.
• To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the reception team on the days scheduled treatments, any changes, additions etc. in order to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. Flexibility and cooperation are required.
• Promote high standards of care and customer service with the ability to deliver quality customer services in a very fast paced environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Knowledge of appointment and/or clinic booking system (Zenoti) is a bonus
• Relevant experience in the beauty/skin care industry
• Must have a friendly, energetic & engaging personality yet calming presence
• Must be confident & comfortable working with the public
• Computer literate
• Must be enthusiastic, motivated, and a team player
• Have a passion for skincare
• Excellent level of spoken and written English

This position is 4 days per week, so you always have 3 days off. You must be able to work 2-3 weekends per month and you will always get at least 1 weekend off per month.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 4 with good knowledge of skin types

Additional commission earnings to be earned on memberships and product sales!

Schedule:

• Full-time - 4 days per week
• 9:30am - 20:00pm
