Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert planning advice on a range of projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and reports.
• Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to deliver successful planning outcomes.
• Contribute to the growth of the business by supporting the team on new opportunities and offering insight into the planning process.
• Stay up-to-date with local planning policies, regulations, and industry trends.

Skills & Experience Required:

• A degree in Town Planning (or related field) and MRTPI membership (or in the process of achieving).
• Proven experience in town planning within a consultancy, local authority, or private sector setting.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
