Position Description

This is a hybrid position based out of our central London office.

Your future duties and responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of transforming early-stage concepts into fully functioning, client-ready applications, working across the full technology stack. You will design, build, and deploy scalable solutions that combine modern cloud platforms, APIs, and custom components, while integrating AI capabilities to enhance functionality and user outcomes. Collaborating closely with business units and clients, you will rapidly prototype, iterate, and refine MVPs, ensuring a smooth transition from innovation to scalable delivery.

You will play a key role in shaping how emerging technologies are applied, using modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery. You will contribute to pre-sales activities, support demonstrations, and ensure solutions are robust, well-documented, and ready for further development, all within a collaborative environment that encourages initiative, creativity, and continuous growth.

Design & Deliver end-to-end full-stack applications from concept to deployment
Build & Integrate cloud-native solutions using Azure and modern APIs
Develop & Enhance AI-enabled features including RAG, LLM integrations, and predictive models
Prototype & Iterate MVPs in collaboration with stakeholders and clients
Collaborate & Advise on the adoption of emerging AI tools and development practices
Support & Contribute to pre-sales through demos, prototypes, and technical input
Optimise & Scale solutions for performance, reliability, and future growth
Document & Transition solutions for ongoing development and support

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
You will bring strong full-stack development experience, with the ability to build and deploy applications across frontend, backend, and cloud environments. A solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, modern frameworks, and emerging AI capabilities is essential, alongside experience delivering solutions from concept through to deployment. You will be comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven experience building full-stack applications (frontend, backend, APIs, cloud)
Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React or Angular)
Experience with cloud platforms, ideally Azure (AWS or multi-cloud beneficial)
Understanding of cloud-native services, APIs, and scalable architectures
Exposure to AI technologies (e.g. RAG, LLM APIs, computer vision, predictive models)
Experience with modern development tools (e.g. GitHub, CI/CD, Jira)
Ability to take solutions from idea through to MVP and deployment
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
