Active Recruitment are currently working with an Mainstream Primary School in Harlow, who are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP, on a long-term basis with a view to go permanent. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping to make an impact for students with special educational needs including autism, behavioural issues and SEMH.

Roles and responsibilities of the SEN Teaching Assistant:

• To support students with their learning in lessons, working with them individually and in small groups.
• Assisting kids with learning disabilities, Autism, challenging behaviour, SEMH.
• Supporting students, who have special needs, with their learning.
• Demonstrate skill and initiative working with young people.
