Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert whole-of-market mortgage advice to both new and existing clients across residential, buy-to-let, and remortgage sectors.
• Manage a consistent stream of appointments, working closely with estate agency colleagues to secure new business and maximise conversion rates.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing a seamless and supportive journey through the mortgage process.
• Work independently to manage your diary, prioritise appointments, and meet KPIs and compliance standards.
• Keep up to date with industry regulations, lender criteria, and market developments to maintain best practice at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with at least 2-3 years' experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, criteria, and FCA regulations within a whole-of-market environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - able to build trust and rapport with a wide range of clients.
• Results-driven, motivated by performance and high earnings.
• Self-disciplined and organised, capable of managing a busy appointment diary and hitting key targets.
• Clean credit history and no criminal convictions.
