Warehouse Operative - Milton Keynes

Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our Milton Keynes-based logistics team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking organisation that delivers exceptional service to customers across the UK.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time. You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Logistics Manager to maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy, while following company standards and health & safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing and dispatching orders with accuracy.
• Booking in goods and putting them away within set KPIs.
• Maintaining stock accuracy and traceability in the ERP system.
• Liaising with suppliers, transport companies and customers as needed.
• Ensuring a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Identifying and supporting process improvements.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in warehouse and distribution environments.
• A qualified Forklift Reach Truck operator. (Desirable)
• Highly organised, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
• IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A proactive team player who is adaptable, reliable and motivated.

Desirable but not essential:

• Experience with SAP systems.
• Certificate in Dangerous Goods Handling.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or temperature-controlled supply chains.
