Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for excellence and attention to detail? We are seeking a dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to join our leadership team and oversee the smooth running of day-to-day hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the General Manager and support in managing all aspects of hotel operations.
• Oversee the Housekeeping and Food & Beverage departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality across all areas.
• Lead, train, and motivate department teams to achieve performance and service goals.
• Monitor operational costs and implement efficiency measures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel operations management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong background and hands-on experience in Housekeeping and Food & Beverage operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
