Role - Finance Business Partner - Housing
Duration - 6 Months
Location - Home Counties
Working Style - Hybrid, 1 day per/week in Office
Rate - Negotiable Daily Rate via Umbrella Payment

G2 are working with a local authority client in the Home Counties who are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to lead their Housing Finance function.

This is due to an internal secondment and will last a minimum of 6 months on a rolling basis.

The client are seeking someone with the following experience:

- Strong knowledge and recent working history within Housing Finance. You must be competent looking after HRA (Housing Revenue Account) and Temporary Accommodation Finance.
- Must be a fully Qualified Accountant.
- Be comfortable managing a small team of 4 Accountants.

Interviews will be held within the next week and a start date would ideally be W/C 27.01.25.
