Job Title: ABA TutorLocation: Earl's Court, LondonSalary: £15-£22 per hour (dependent on experience)Job Type: Part-time (with potential to increase hours)Start Date: Immediate / FlexibleAbout the Role:We are currently seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and reliable ABA Tutor to join a dedicated team supporting a young child with autism in Earl's Court. You will work closely with a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and family to implement a personalised ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) programme, helping the child develop communication, social, and daily living skills.Key Responsibilities:Implement 1:1 ABA interventions based on the child's individualised learning planUse evidence-based techniques to encourage positive behaviours and reduce challenging onesRecord data and provide feedback to the supervisory teamMaintain a positive and engaging learning environmentCollaborate effectively with parents, therapists, and other professionalsRequirements:Experience working with children with autism and/or SEN preferredKnowledge or training in ABA (full training provided for the right candidate)Patient, energetic, and committed to helping children achieve their potentialExcellent communication and observational skillsMust be reliable, organised, and a team playerEligibility to work in the UKDesirable:Degree or working towards a qualification in psychology, education, or related fieldPrevious experience as an ABA Tutor, Teaching Assistant, or SEN support staffBenefits:Ongoing training and support from experienced BCBAsOpportunity for career progression in behavioural therapyWork as part of a passionate and supportive teamFlexible working hoursAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
