We're looking for a proactive IFA Administrator to become an integral part of a collaborative team, supporting advisers, paraplanners, and client account managers in delivering exceptional service to clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing client files before and after meetings
  • Managing annual review processes and compiling complex charges data
  • Handling documentation via DocuSign and client portals
  • Assisting with onboarding new business and managing Letters of Authority
  • Maintaining accurate client records and CRM data
  • Liaising with compliance to ensure smooth delivery of advice

What You'll Bring

  • 2 + years' experience in Financial Services Administration or Sales Support
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with Intelliflo Office and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Progress toward the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (study support provided!)
