What You'll Need to Succeed

• QTS (or equivalent) and an undergraduate degree
• Proven experience teaching the primary curriculum
• Strong subject knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Understanding of child development and progression
• Effective classroom behaviour management strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
