What you ll do day to day

• Collate all branch payroll information relating to the processing of all the monthly payrolls.
• Assist with processing all monthly bonuses/commissions/overtime
• Check and process all overtime forms / timesheets.
• Assistance with Car Benefit Scheme so that all payroll deductions are processed.
• Assistance with pension scheme.
• Assist with checking sickness calculations to make sure ADP is correct. OSP and SSP.
• Good understanding of manual Payroll calculations i.e. SSP, SMP, SAP.
• Update all payroll spreadsheets in preparation for next payroll.
• Assist with running P60 s in April.
• Assist with Year End routine in January.
• Assist with P11d s to deadline.
