Van Driver - Parcel Delivery (3.5T) Milton Keynes Full-Time AvailableAre you a reliable and customer-focused individual with a passion for driving? We're looking for experienced Courier Van Drivers to join a fast-paced parcel delivery operation, where no two days are the same.What You'll Be Doing:

• Parcel Collection & Delivery: Handle between 90-120 deliveries per day, depending on route type and parcel volume.
• Route Management: Follow a pre-planned, optimised route using smart handheld technology to ensure timely deliveries.
• Customer Service: Be the friendly face customers see, providing excellent service and obtaining proof of delivery.
• Vehicle Loading & Safety: Load your 3.5-tonne van efficiently at the depot, conduct daily vehicle checks, and maintain a clean, roadworthy vehicle.
• Problem Solving: Report any issues promptly and adapt to changing traffic or weather conditions.
• Physical Work: Lift and carry parcels up to 25-30kg, so physical fitness is essential.

What You'll Need:

• A valid UK driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
• A minimum of one year multidrop experience.
• Previous courier experience
• Good time management and route planning skills
• A professional and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
