SENCO Needed Croydon

Prospero Teaching has been asked by a Croydon secondary school to find an experienced SENCO who can make a real difference. This is your chance to lead SEND provision, work with a supportive team, and shape the experience of students who really need your expertise. The Role Youll: Make sure SEND provision is top-notch and meets all statutory requirements. Lead and develop strategies that actually help students succeed. Keep SEND records and assessments accurate and useful. Support teachers to deliver quality teaching and targeted interventions. Track student progress and tackle barriers to learning. Work closely with staff, parents, governors, and external agencies. Youll Need QTS (or equivalent) and a good degree. SENCO experience in a secondary school. Strong teaching and pastoral experience. Knowledge of SEND legislation and curriculum planning. Leadership and communication skills that inspire staff and students.
