Description
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the HR department
- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
- Assist in the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, training, and events
- Contribute to employee engagement and welfare initiatives
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operation
- Assist with generalist queries: payroll procedures, holiday & sick leave
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations
Profile
A successful HR Admin should have:
- Proven experience in an HR role
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience working in a charity
