Your Role:

• Manage reintegration and respite support, ensuring students return to mainstream education successfully
• Develop mentoring strategies that promote personal growth and progress
• Track student success using SIMS/My Concern logs to provide structured interventions
• Collaborate with Heads of Year, SEND teams, and external agencies to shape student outcomes

What You Need:

• NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification
• Strong mentoring skills, with a background in education or student support
• Excellent organisation and communication, ensuring efficient case management
• Commitment to safeguarding and positive behaviour development
