Facilities Manager - Position Overview: - Oversee all aspects of the firm's facilities operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant management of the premises
- Manage leases, rent, rates, maintenance, and repairs across the firm's buildings
- Coordinate refurbishments, space planning, and office moves
- Oversee service contracts for catering, cleaning, and off-site file storage
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and best practices
- Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and staff to ensure a seamless facilities service
- Lead the general office team and manage relationships with contractors
