Our client is an award-winning company specialising in delivering high-quality service and fresh food to high-end clients. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Chef Manager with a passion for food to oversee site operations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of important tasks, including:

• Creating and writing engaging menus that cater to the needs of the clients
• Placing orders for ingredients and supplies to ensure a well-stocked kitchen.
• Managing a dedicated team of staff members, providing guidance and support.
• Preparing and cooking nutritious meals that meet our high standards.
• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong culinary skills, with a focus on food safety and hygiene.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to elevating the catering services and providing a first-class dining experience.
