Document Control / Office Manager (Procore)
- Annual Salary: Up to £45,000 plus package

We are currently recruiting for a tier one contractor specialising in CAT A & B commercial fit-outs. We are seeking a Document Control / Office Manager with previous experience using Procore.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Serve as the main point of contact to ensure all documentation and drawings are up-to-date and readily available on Procore.
- Coordinate all project information including drawings, specifications, technical submittals, samples, letters, minutes, and other electronic information.
- Liaise with various stakeholders including clients, architects, subcontractors, and designers.
- Provide support during the pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases of allocated projects.
- Act as a Procore and systems champion to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Maintain stationery records and ensure they are kept up-to-date.
- Induct new starters in the office.
- Process invoices as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in document control and office management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using Procore.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
