Document Control / Office Manager (Procore)

We are currently recruiting for a tier one contractor specialising in CAT A & B commercial fit-outs. We are seeking a Document Control / Office Manager with previous experience using Procore.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Serve as the main point of contact to ensure all documentation and drawings are up-to-date and readily available on Procore.
  • Coordinate all project information including drawings, specifications, technical submittals, samples, letters, minutes, and other electronic information.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders including clients, architects, subcontractors, and designers.
  • Provide support during the pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases of allocated projects.
  • Act as a Procore and systems champion to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Maintain stationery records and ensure they are kept up-to-date.
  • Induct new starters in the office.
  • Process invoices as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in document control and office management within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in using Procore.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
