About the Role

You'll play a key part in supporting Financial Planners across a wide range of complex advice areas including pensions, investments, trusts, protection, and group schemes. From processing new business to preparing client reviews, your work will directly contribute to delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client administration and maintain accurate records
  • Process new business applications (e.g. pensions, ISAs, SIPPs, protection policies)
  • Liaise with providers, clients, and advisers to ensure smooth progress of advice
  • Prepare and submit documentation in line with compliance procedures
  • Support planners with pension transfers, benefit crystallisation events, and annual reviews
  • Handle client queries and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Proactively manage your workflow and contribute to team goals

What You'll Bring

  • Up to 2 years' experience in financial planning or wealth management administration
  • Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and the advice process
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential); knowledge of Xplan or Intelligent Office is a plus
  • A proactive, professional attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
