Continental Shift Engineer

We are recruiting a new role for a continental shift engineer to join an iconic organisation based in the West End. This is a static role, 4 on 4 off, days and nights 7-7.

Within this static continental shift engineer role you will be responsible for both mechanical and electrical maintenance on the building based in central London. This role will include reactive maintenance and PPMs. Here are some of the duties you will be performing:

• PPMs and reactive building maintenance work
• Estates maintenance for all HVAC systems and all water services including, cooling towers, pumps, calorifiers, chillers and TMVs.
• Estates maintenance for boilers and heating systems and LV/HV systems across sites.
• Providing technical support and direction for external contractors.

You will be working both days and nights on 4 days on, 4 days off shift, 7-7.

For this multi skilled engineer role in London we are looking for:

• Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services qualification such as a level 3 plumbing and heating, NVQ level 2 or 3 Mechanical, or Level 3 City and Guilds Electrical qualification and 18th edition.
• Significant multi skilled maintenance experience (M&E) within commercial buildings
• Experience of working on a days and nights shift pattern previously.
