As a Senior Rotational Occupational Therapist, you'll be at the forefront of patient care:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy to acute inpatient services, including oncology, orthopaedics, general surgery, and intensive care.
- Manage your own caseload efficiently, prioritising tasks to ensure safe and timely patient discharge.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Formulate accurate prognoses and recommend interventions.
- Evaluate your practice through audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate actively in staff meetings and training sessions.

The ideal Senior Rotational Occupational Therapist will have:
- Experience as a Band 5 Occupational Therapist, with Band 6 experience desirable.
- Must have hospital experience
- A strong background in diverse medical and surgical clinical areas.
- Knowledge of quality issues and experience in audits.
