Job Title: Accounts Manager Business Centres Location: Takeley, Essex Salary: c.£27,000 - £28,000 + Benefits Term: Permanent, Office based We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Manager for our client where you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of multiple offices. Joining an existing team, this role reports directly to the Finance Director and involves a variety of responsibilities across both sales and purchase ledgers, bank reconciliation, and general financial management.

Key Responsibilities: - Sales Ledger: Raise and manage invoices across multiple sites, including recharges to other group companies. Resolve contract and invoice queries in collaboration with teams. Ensure timely collections and provide regular debtor reports to the Finance Director.
- Purchase Ledger: Process incoming supplier invoices, resolve queries, and carry out statement reconciliations. Manage costs and identify opportunities for expenditure reduction.
- Bank and Control Accounts: Reconcile monthly bank statements and various account platforms, process weekly payment runs, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Other Responsibilities: Manage employee expenses, sales reporting, and intercompany recharges. Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information while maintaining a professional relationship with colleagues and clients.
Key Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in a similar role is essential
- You must be proficient in using accounts software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- High level of numeracy and accuracy, with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
